Swisher #12042 42-Inch 12.9-Cubic-Foot ATV and Garden Tractor Sweeper

I purchased this item on a Friday night and recieved the item on the following Wednesday before noon. This is excellent. I got this item at a very reasonable price which is excellent too. After recieving the item I pulled everything out of the box which wasn't hard to do considering that there wasn't much box left. I pulled the manual out and laid all the parts out for a quick inventory and noticed that two very important pieces were missing. These are the support rods that hold the grass catcher open. My options are to go to my local hardware store and purchase a couple of 1/4" by 22-3/4" steel rods which isn't going to be cheap or go through the long and punishing process of trying to get replacement parts. I chose the harware store. Following the directions and putting this thing together isn't the easiest thing to do. It does work well and it looks and feels to be a pretty sturdy piece of equipment. I would have given 5 stars because of the quality of the product, the price in which I paid for the product and the speedy delevery from Amazon but I gave it 3 stars because of the poor packaging in which it arrives in and the uneccassary hastle of having to find and purchase parts to make this thing work.
